Isabella Rose Studio was founded in 2020 with a clear intention: to create refined weddings and events where thoughtful design and meticulous planning work in quiet harmony.
With over 12 years’ experience in the events industry, the studio’s foundations were shaped within the world of luxury hospitality. Early experience in high-end catering fostered a deep appreciation for food, wine and service — an understanding that continues to inform how celebrations are planned and delivered today.




Alongside this grounding in hospitality, a long-standing passion for design has shaped the studio’s creative direction. Influenced by interiors, fashion and spatial design, our work balances aesthetic consideration with structure and flow, ensuring every celebration feels cohesive and well-paced.

When should I start planning?

The ideal timeline depends on the type of event. Typically, couples reach out 12 – 18 months before their wedding to allow for a wider selection of suppliers. For private individuals and brands, we can produce events with shorter lead times, but 3 – 6 months is typically ideal.  For those with months to plan, decisiveness, responsiveness, and organisation are key. Conversely, couples with more time to plan can expect ebbs and flows – periods of bustling activity followed by calmer stretches with fewer immediate tasks.

Do you offer bespoke packages?

Absolutely! We understand that each event is unique, and we can create bespoke packages tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Choose from our "a la carte" options to create a service that perfectly complements your vision.
